WORK PACKAGES/DELIVERABLES



The work plan is organized into three (3) work packages (WPs), spanning a total duration of 38 months. Each WP is broken down into individual Tasks, which can contribute to achieving more than one objective. Each WP is concluded with the submission of the relevant Deliverables (D).

WP1 – Digital Representation and Building Modeling (M1-M9)

Tasks:

1.1: Design of 3D scanning of the building.

1.2: Procurement of Equipment and Software (3D Scanner and BIM Software).

1.3: 3D scanning of the building.

1.4: Creation of Digital Twin of the building.

1.5: Development of new BIM Objects for integrating traditional structural materials.

1.6: Conversion of Digital Twin into a BIM Model.

Deliverables:

D1.1 – Design study for 3D scanning.

D1.2 – 3D scanning equipment and BIM Modeling software.

D1.3 – Digital Building Twin (X file).

D1.4 – BIM Model (IFC and CoBie files).

 

WP2 – Development of Dynamic Fire Safety Assessment Model and Prototype System (M3-M12)

Tasks:

2.1: Analysis of Fire Safety data of the pilot building.

2.3: Development of Dynamic Fire Safety Assessment Model.

2.4: Development of Prototype Fire Safety Assessment System.

2.5: Documentation of DFSM's Proper Functioning (DFSM Validation).

Deliverables:

D2.1 – Study of Fire Safety data analysis.

D2.2 – Documentation of Dynamic Fire Safety Assessment Model.

D2.3 – Prototype Fire Safety Assessment System.

D2.4 – Evaluation of prototype usage results.

 

WP3 – Development of Fire Safety Assessment System (M13-M24)

Tasks:

3.1: Analysis of Requirements for the tool's development.

3.2: Integration of existing sensor infrastructure into an IoT platform.

3.3: Development of a Tool for Fire Safety Assessment.

  • Integration of Dynamic Fire Safety Model (Assessment Tool)
  • Integration of IoT infrastructure into BIM Model (Visualization Tool) 3.4: Integration of software with IoT sensors for exit obstruction detection. 3.5: System functionality verification. 3.6: Commercial Exploitation Actions.
